The Waddinxveen-Zuidplas police ask you to look out for 45-year-old Andy van der Leeuw from Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel. Andy is 45 years old, but has the mental capacity of a nine-year-old. He is partially paralyzed on his left side and walks poorly.
