Signed the Agreement to take part in the financial restructuring of Cimos d.d. Yesterday, on 14 May 2013, the representatives of the Republic of Slovenia, creditor banks, Cimos d.d. and its shareholders signed the Agreement in the Government building under which the company will receive state guarantees for 35 million euros for liquidity loans to be converted into equity after the European Commission has examined and approved the proposed rescue plan.
