Countries who abstained, for one reason or other, PASSIVELY SUPPORTED the resolution. They knew that their vote will not impact the final outcome. If they were against the resolution, they would've voted that way. 19 Trabant ountries were only ones against the resolution. This is a massive success of Bosnian diplomacy! ⚜️⚜️
