Dear friends all over the World, Welcome to Sarajevo and ''Sarajevo Film Festival 2013'', but do make an appeal to conscience of unconscious Bosnian authorities who are spending money of tax VAT payers, BH citizens to organize different Festivals such as SFF, only in purpose to be more rich individuals like director Purivatra. On the other hand, only ten meters from place where is organized SFF in the river Miljacka, you can see and feel unbearable stench of tons and tons of shit floating freely through river Miljacka and City’s center by causing an epidemic and respiratory infections among the tax VAT payers, citizens of Sarajevo. Tell these individuals like Purivatra, that is very primitive and shame in 21st Century to organize World’s Festival like Sarajevo Film Festival 2013 in the City which don’t have solved sewerage system for own citizens, tax VAT payers who are financing this Festival.
