Gentlemen in the BH’s Authority, We the citizens of Sarajevo would be shameful to call anyone in a House that doesn’t have solved the toilet in 21st century and in which the pervasive stench and infection are screeching on all sides. Also, it is very primitive to take every year millions from VAT tax payers to fund various Festivals such as the ‘’Sarajevo Film Festival 2013’’, which only last a couple of days in the year and whose incomes from this and similar Festivals mostly end up in private pockets of the organizers. On the other hand, VAT tax payers, BH citizens who are financing it all, don’t have solved the fundamental right to life which lasts 365 days a year, and it is a drainage system in the Capital city Sarajevo. The priorities for the citizens of Sarajevo are not Festivals like ‘’Sarajevo Film Festival 2013’’ but to solve a drainage system due to citizens of Sarajevo daily are suffering from infection and respiratory diseases.
