We asked you to put a line about the floods on your homepage google.com so that people could learn about the dimensions of the tragedy that left almost a million people displaced or without their homes, dozens drowned, hundreds missing and feared dead and 3 countries’ economies decimated. We are sure you meant well, but putting that awareness line today ONLY on Google Serbia, Google Bosnia and Google Croatia pages was, quite frankly, pointless. You see, we kind of already knew we were flooded! It would be the same as if you had notified only the people of New Orleans or Louisiana that the Katrina went over them. Trust us, they knew.
