In Islam, the one-eyed man is a figure named Dajjal (the false messiah). In Muslim thought, dajjal is a deceiver who appears towards the end of times to impersonate a real prophet and the blind will follow and obey him into hell. Sunni Muslims believe that Isa (or Jesus in Christian thought) will return to battle him and Shia Muslims believe that an Iman named Mahdi will do this. Essentially, Dajjal (or the one-eyed king) is the anti-christ and the blind are those who follow him.
